Convert Telegram Opus voice messages to MP3

Telegram voice messages and exported audio can use Opus because it keeps speech clear while keeping file sizes small. MP3 is often easier to open in editors, transcription tools, and older media players.

How to convert

1. Save the Telegram voice message or exported Opus file to your computer.

Recommended setting
